About SIA

At Boeing, he served as Lead Project Engineer for 777X propulsion, coordinating design and manufacturing work across international suppliers. His responsibilities brought technical requirements, schedule, cost and risk into the same engineering decisions.

He founded SIA in 2017. Later implementation work has included cloud governance, manufacturing processes and healthcare administration, with attention to how technical systems and day-to-day work fit together.

His career spans Microsoft, Dropbox and Aurora Innovation, with experience across software engineering, product management, and security strategy and operations. His work brings computing infrastructure, cybersecurity and applied AI into questions about how software is built and used.

He cofounded Project Cafecito with SIA’s founder. The research activity develops software and examines recurring operational problems through public products, experiments and limited pilots.
