These are examples of possible work. We would confirm what we can take on after understanding your current operation and the people involved.
A starting point
Checks and handovers hold up work
Workflows and responsibilities
Where work stalls during checks or handovers, or responsibility is unclear, we can examine the workflow and roles. The people doing the work help identify what needs to change.
Possible work
Review a handoff, a check, or an approval process
A starting point
Information is difficult to find
Documents and information
We can examine why information is hard to find or has to be maintained in several places. Possible work includes revising document structure, storage arrangements, or the process for keeping information current.
Possible work
Improve a work instruction or the structure of shared material
A starting point
Reporting, entry and checks keep repeating
Tools that fit the work
For repeated tasks such as reporting, data entry, or progress tracking, we can consider a spreadsheet template or a small software tool. We would also check whether the people using it can maintain it and how it fits the existing setup.
Possible work
Consider how entry, reporting and checks could fit the people doing the work
Learning
If work stalls at a handoff, start with the handover guide and worksheet. If everything depends on one person, examine what keeps the work running. No inquiry is required. Each idea has a worked example and a question you can take into your own work.

Current stage
The business in Japan is being established. Mina has no Japanese client work to report yet.
Address
Hankyu Grand Building, 26F, 8-47 Kakudacho, Kita-ku, Osaka, Osaka 530-0017, Japan
Mina and SIA share the same owner. Each company contracts for and is responsible for its own work.
Founder
Daniel Vidaud
At Boeing, he served as Lead Project Engineer for 777X propulsion, coordinating design and manufacturing work across international suppliers. He founded SIA in 2017. Later work has included cloud operations, manufacturing processes and healthcare administration.
That experience comes from work in the United States. Mina is being established in Osaka, with attention to Japan’s institutions and working practices.
Technology research within SIA in the United States
Mina’s representative and Soumit Salman Rahman cofounded Project Cafecito, SIA’s technology research arm. Its work examines recurring operational problems and develops software and reusable tools.
The activity includes public products, experiments and limited pilots. Each product’s release status and scope determine where it can be used.
Describe what is difficult or what you would like to improve. A short overview is enough to begin.
02
Understand the situation
We discuss how the work is done now, what you have tried, and what you want to achieve. We establish whether we can help and agree how to hold any further discussion.
03
Agree scope and cost
We clarify the work, the intended deliverable, the cost, and each party’s responsibilities. Work begins after these are agreed.
04
Carry out and review the work
We work within the agreed scope and check whether the result is usable in practice. We also examine what the people using it need to keep operating and revising it. Changes or additional work are discussed before proceeding.
Before you get in touch
Q.Can I get in touch before I have a clear request?
Tell us what is causing difficulty. We can begin by discussing the situation before a specific piece of work has been defined.
Q.What will it cost?
That depends on the situation and scope. If a discussion or piece of work will incur a charge, its scope and cost will be explained and agreed before proceeding.
Q.Has Mina delivered client work in Japan?
Mina’s business is being established and has no Japanese client work to report yet.
Q.How would we meet?
We would agree the meeting format and language in advance, based on the discussion needed.
