You can use the lessons and worksheets without making an inquiry. Choose a question from your own work:

• Work keeps stalling at a handoff. Trace the wait and check what the receiving person needs.
• It is unclear what would help next. Use the local-only planner to name the intended result, what needs checking and the next authorized step.
• One person keeps everything running. Examine the knowledge, maintenance and support the work depends on.
• A tool saves effort here but creates work elsewhere. Follow the burden before deciding what to change.

Program delivery

We identify dependencies among requirements, interfaces, schedules, and decisions, resolve coordination problems, and implement agreed changes.

Project Cafecito

Project Cafecito was cofounded by SIA’s founder and Soumit Salman Rahman. SIA’s technology research arm develops software and reusable tools for information retrieval, market intelligence and healthcare administration.

Experience behind the work

SIA was founded in 2017 by Daniel Vidaud. Its work draws on his background in aerospace engineering and organizational change, followed by implementation across cloud operations, manufacturing, and healthcare administration.
