Our internally-developed framework and consulting principles are built to be intuitive and widely applicable.
The Minimum Necessary Principal.
Imperfect actions have consequences, both intended and unintended. What is the minimum necessary action that can be taken to create the desired effect while minimizing the side-effects? What is the minimum necessary understanding to make the particular diagnosis? What is the minimum necessary effort that I need to go through to achieve the previous two?
We believe that this philosophy integrates in abstraction the best aspects of the multiplicity of methodologies and principles that guide organizations, processes, people and structured development.
The Minimum Necessary Framework.
In line with the minimum necessary principle, there are four questions that need to be answered to build a strategic implementation:
- Where are you now?
- Where do you want to be?
- How are you going to get there?
- What’s in your way?
These basic questions can be answered at multiple levels of analysis and resolution. Find the minimum necessary level of detail that will move you forward on the path through change into the future.
