Privacy and optional analytics

Contact forms use HubSpot to receive and reply to your inquiry. Their required fields and confidentiality guidance appear beside the form. Form contents, names, email addresses and contact identifiers are not sent to our Google Analytics measurement.

Google Analytics is optional. Until you select “Allow Google Analytics,” we do not load its script or send it requests. If you allow it, Google processes page visits, browser/device information and your IP address, and uses an analytics cookie to distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for this measurement. We send a public page path and static title with its language/section; query strings, fragments and previous-page URLs are excluded. We do not track form fields, bookings, searches or download contents.

You can choose “Continue without Google Analytics” and use every page and contact form. Use “Google Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further Google Analytics measurement and clears its analytics cookies in this browser; it does not erase data already received by Google. Your preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. Existing Analytics event retention is two months and user retention is fourteen months, with renewal on activity; aggregated reports may remain longer. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Cloudflare also measures page loads and site performance through a separate browser beacon provided by our hosting service. This measurement uses no cookies and continues when Google Analytics is off. The Google Analytics controls above do not disable it. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.
