Appraoch

Strategic Implementation Advising formed a relationship with the new Chief Data Scientist of an organization. After assessing the personality of the client and gathering 360-degree feedback on their work environment, we implemented a series of strategic goals to improve communication and reduce frustration. Using our Executive Coaching practices, we developed a strategic and individually tailored plan to suit the personality of the individual.

Through individual coaching support and dialogue with the group, new communication strategies were adopted and placed into daily practice, to ensure sustainable individual growth. Through coaching and the implementation of these new practices, stress levels and frustration between groups were reduced significantly and behaviors that facilitated communication became the norm.
